In February 2022, we embarked on an ambitious journey with C3 Training, aiming to successfully launch four gym franchise locations across Australia. Our strategy hinged on leveraging Facebook and Instagram's paid advertising to enhance brand awareness and scale efficiently.

ABOUT C3 TRAINING
C3 Training had a bold vision of launching four locations within a year. Our team, consisting of Olivia T., Mari W., Justin B., Marcel V., and Matt G., combined expertise in client partnership, performance marketing, Google Ads, graphic design, marketing strategy, and copywriting to turn this vision into reality.

THE RUNDOWN
We adopted a targeted marketing approach, focusing on uniqueness and community engagement. By featuring gym coaches and various classes in our creatives, we explored numerous advertising angles. This strategy was particularly effective in specific geolocations, ensuring our ads remained fresh and engaging.

CAMPAIGN SET-UP
Our team meticulously designed campaigns to maximize lead generation, creating a structured ad format that was educational, entertaining, and informative. We capitalized on Meta and Google ads for maximum exposure, ensuring a diverse and impactful online presence.

RESULTS
The 6-month engagement period with C3 Training was a resounding success. Our innovative strategies led to over 500 paid members and significant brand awareness in the targeted locations. We effectively utilized both Meta and Google ads, maximizing exposure and generating impressive results.
